Thanks for My Kids

I'm up waaay too late. In-laws are arriving in less than a week, and I wasted a couple hours of valuable sleep time watching a rerun of 'Romancing the Stone.'

I know I am crabby when I don't get enough sleep. I take it out on my kids sometimes... I snap at them more, my temper is short. It's got nothing to do with them, I'm just too damn tired.

But I am thankful nonetheless. I love my little guys, and try to do the best I can by them. They are the most incredible, amazing things I have ever had a hand in creating, and I am thankful.
